Banks Change Rules Early

As mentioned in my last blog entry, the rules are changing on mortgages in Canada. We now received confirmation from lenders that they have already changed the rules and the insurers are doing the same as well. Clients you need to be talking to an independent mortgage professional to help you with this maze. We need to work together on the paperwork that is going to be required upfront. This way we will be able to eliminate (hopefully) most of the road blocks being put up by the lenders in the beginning.
